In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as applicable Polish law, we provide you with information on the principles of personal data protection at International Trilingual School of Warsaw Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

The Controller of personal data of users of the Website, within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), is International Trilingual School of Warsaw Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Legal Basis for Data Processing
The Controller may process your personal data based on the performance of a contract, your consent, a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, or the legitimate interest of the Controller – Article 6(1)(a–f) of the GDPR – for the purpose of maintaining the website and ensuring its proper functionality, as well as for recruitment purposes.
If the User gives consent, their personal data may also be processed by the Controller for marketing purposes, including the delivery of commercial information via electronic means to the email address provided by the User.
The Controller reserves the right to disclose selected information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who request such information based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable laws. Except as indicated above, information about the User will not be disclosed to any third party without the User’s consent.

Providing Personal Data
Providing personal data by the Client for the purpose of cooperation or contract execution with the Controller is a condition for such cooperation or contract. Failure to provide the data may prevent the achievement of the intended purpose for which the data is to be collected.
Personal data of natural persons processed by the International Trilingual School of Warsaw is obtained directly from the Client.
Data Retention Period
International Trilingual School of Warsaw undertakes every effort to ensure that your personal data is processed appropriately and stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Based on the above, the Controller will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or as required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
