Enrollment Process – How to Join ITSW in Grades 4–6?
Enrollment for grades 4–6 at the International Trilingual School of Warsaw is open year-round, but admission decisions are subject to availability. At this stage of education, we accept students who can function in a trilingual environment and communicate in one of the languages of instruction (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, or Polish).
In grades 4–6, language becomes a tool for acquiring knowledge—therefore, proficiency in one language at a communicative level allows students to actively participate in lessons, projects, and subject-specific activities.
What If My Child Doesn’t Speak Any of the 6 Languages Taught at ITSW?
It’s never too late, but a good plan is essential. If your child doesn’t speak any of the 6 languages taught at ITSW well enough to access academic content, we create an individualized plan that prioritizes intensive English language learning. This allows access to academic content after just 6 months.

Is enrollment for grades 4–6 open year-round?
Yes, enrollment at ITSW is open for 12 months, but admission is subject to availability.
Does a child need to know three languages?
No. A conversational knowledge of one language of instruction is sufficient. Other languages are developed through immersion.
What does the tuition fee include?
Instruction in three languages, teaching materials, participation in international projects, workshops, and support through the “Language Support” program.
What documents are required?
Application form, student photo, passport/birth certificate scan, trial day report and a signed contract.
