Class Schedule for Grades 7-8 at the Trilingual ITSW Middle School in Warsaw

What Does a School Day Look Like in Grades 7-8?
In grades 7 and 8, students work in a trilingual model, where language is a tool for acquiring advanced academic knowledge. The daily schedule is designed to support both intensive subject learning and the development of individual interests.
Three times a week, classes conclude with Study Time—time for independent work, consultations with teachers, project preparation, or in-depth study. Study Time is voluntary but exceptionally valuable for students preparing for exams and competitions.
Below is a sample weekly schedule for grades 7-8, which demonstrates how we combine science and humanities learning with trilingual projects, study time, and activities that develop students’ passions.
Well-Being and Individual Approach – Caring for Each Student’s Development
We know that the closer exams get, the more stress students may experience. Therefore, at ITSW, emotional well-being is an integral part of education.
Students in grades 7-8 can count on:
- ongoing support from the Well-Being Coach, Team Leader, and all teachers,
- a safe space to talk about stress, emotions, and academic challenges,
- assistance in planning the next steps in their education.
Knowing the student’s strengths and individual needs, teachers and the Well-Being Team help them choose the best path for further learning—one that combines their predispositions, ambitions, and comfort.

Annual Schedule for Grades 7–8
ITSW International Primary School operates 10 months a year, with breaks only for public holidays. From September to June, we offer a full schedule of classes, and during short breaks, we offer students themed after-school activities.
The school is closed in July and August, but the building hosts summer language programs in Spanish, Polish, and English—ideal for students who want to continue developing their skills during the holidays.
