The ITSW Preschool in Warsaw employs exceptional, international staff from over 20 countries and 5 continents. They are experienced educators and native speakers who create an authentic, vibrant language environment for children every day.
Each teacher brings something unique to the group—their culture, sensitivity, accent, and way of communicating. This allows children to naturally immerse themselves in languages, learning them in a free, everyday, and authentic way.
We work based on language immersion and the inspiring Reggio Emilia approach, building relationships filled with warmth, thoughtfulness, and mutual respect. Our teachers not only teach languages—they support children in their emotional, social, and cognitive development, supporting them in exploring the world with courage, curiosity, and confidence.
