ITSW Primary School Admission Rules – What does the Process Look Like?
Admissions are open 12 months a year, but places in grades 1-3 are limited, so we encourage you to start the process as early as possible.
How to Enroll Your Child?
Complete the initial questionnaire – this allows us to understand your child’s needs and language preferences.
We will contact you to discuss availability, the trilingual program, and invite you to a campus meeting.
Admissions meeting – your child meets the teachers and the space, and parents receive full information about the program.
Complete documentation – application, child’s photo, passport/birth certificate scan, and signed contract.
Enrollment Process – Open All Year. How to Join ITSW?
Enrollment for Grades 1–3 at the International Trilingual School of Warsaw is open year-round, and admissions are granted based on availability.
We welcome students who are ready to thrive in a trilingual environment and who have a communicative level in at least one of the instructional languages: English, French, Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese.
Is Your Child Ready for ITSW Grades 1–3?
In grades 1–3, language is a teaching tool, not a subject in the traditional sense. This means that:
- the student must speak one of the languages of instruction (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese) at a communicative level,
- the child should be ready to learn in a trilingual environment,
- the other languages are developed naturally through language immersion.
Students who speak only one language receive support. The Language Support program helps students:
- bridge language gaps within 1–2 years,
- simultaneously pursue a full academic program,
- safely enter the trilingual ITSW environment.
Thanks to additional classes, students can always work in the language they already know while gradually developing additional languages of instruction.
