At ITSW, we love giving our students opportunities to develop leadership skills—and recently, one of our students earned the special role of Junior Team Leader for the Day! This honor is reserved for a student who demonstrates excellent behaviour, strong academic performance, and a positive attitude.
During the day, the Junior Team Leader took on real responsibilities: giving ticks and crosses to teachers, helping classmates with any questions or concerns, and reporting back on the team’s progress. It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to practice leadership, responsibility, and communication skills while supporting their peers—a true role model for the whole class!
