Our Grade 8 French group recently took part in a prestigious competition organized by the French Institute, focused on the life and work of Olga Boznańska, the renowned Polish-French painter. During Social Studies class, students collaborated to create a captivating podcast for the contest—and their hard work paid off! They won first place in their category, showcasing their creativity, research skills, and mastery of the French language.
On November 28th, our talented students attended the award ceremony, receiving their well-deserved prizes and diplomas from the French Ambassador and the Director of the French Institute. The day continued with a visit to the National Museum, where students had the unique opportunity to admire several of Olga Boznańska’s masterpieces in person. We are incredibly proud of our students for their dedication, teamwork, and outstanding achievement!
