Nasi nauczyciele to serce trójjęzycznej szkoły podstawowej ITSW. Pochodzą z ponad 20 krajów i 5 kontynentów, co tworzy wyjątkowe, wielokulturowe środowisko nauki. Dzięki temu uczniowie w klasach 1–3 uczą się nie tylko języków, ale także odkrywają różnorodne perspektywy, kultury i sposoby myślenia.
Każda klasa pracuje z zespołem nauczycieli, w tym native speakerami języka angielskiego, francuskiego, hiszpańskiego, chińskiego lub japońskiego. Język jest w ITSW narzędziem nauki — dlatego tak ważne jest, aby dzieci otoczone były autentycznymi modelami językowymi.
